These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shivayur website and online store at www.shivayur.com (the "Site"), operated by Shivayur International Marketing Private Limited, Shed No. 3, Sadhuram Industrial Estate, Nr. Swaminarayan Temple, Sokhda, Vadodara - 391745, Gujarat, India ("Shivayur", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You can browse and place orders as a guest without creating an account. If you do create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please contact us at care@shivayur.com if you believe your account has been compromised. Guest orders are stored on your own device and can be tracked by entering your order number on the Track Your Order page.

Shivayur offers Ayurvedic hair-care products. Content on the Site — including product descriptions, ingredient lists and the history of our formulations — is provided for general information and does not constitute medical, dermatological or professional advice. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Results vary from person to person, and testimonials on the Site reflect individual experiences rather than guarantees of outcomes. Always read the product label, perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin, and consult a qualified practitioner before use if you have any condition or allergy, or if you are pregnant or nursing.

An order is confirmed when you receive an order number after checkout. We may decline or cancel an order at any time, including where the product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time; changes do not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is processed securely through Razorpay's hosted checkout. We do not collect, store or have access to your card details — payment information is handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy.

We aim to dispatch orders within approximately 24 hours of confirmation from our facility in Vadodara, Gujarat. Shipping is free on orders over ₹599, and a shipping fee applies below that threshold. Estimated delivery is typically within 4 days but may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Please inspect your order on receipt.

Cancellations. You may cancel an order before dispatch by emailing care@shivayur.com; we will refund the full amount.

Returns. You may return an unopened, sealed product within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear. To initiate any of the above, email care@shivayur.com with your order number.

The Shivayur name, logo, imagery, copy, product formulations and all content on the Site are the property of Shivayur or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site, accounts or systems.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Site or its services.
• Scraping or harvesting content or user data.
• Submitting false or fraudulent orders.
• Reselling products without our permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that specific results will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shivayur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the Site or our products. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shivayur and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
